Of the three receptionists and one practice manager I saw crowding the hallway next to the desk, only one eventually came to help me after I asked for help. The staff up front seems to be more interested in talking with each other than paying attention to the people walking in their front door. Susie, the practice manager just walked away after I commented on the lax customer service. I was buying a bag of food this time, but does that make me a substandard potential client? I don't think so. Will never step foot in that clinic again!
