Dunkin Donuts

Living just off of Church Street, I almost always go to the Dunkin on Church for coffee. I tolerate the bad serviceand the fact that my drinks are almost always wrong due to the conveinence. Today, I decided to try the Dunkin on Rt. 30 in the hopes that a different staff would result in a correct order. Sadly, this was not the case. I went inside to avoid the potential drive thru screw up, and ordered a medium caramel swirl latte with skim milk. Staff overfilled the cup with foam, didn't put any caramel on top, and when the lid was put on, foam shot out the top and down the side. If that wasn't bad enough, the girl didn't even wipe the excess foam now dripping down the side of the cup off! If its really that big of a deal to do your job and god forbid correctly, I'll just take my business somewhere else. Starbucks or the Coffee Beanery I'm sure would appreciate my business. Thanks for nothing but horrible service for years. I'm just sorry it took me so long to switch.
