For over 35 years, Drew Realty has been providing high quality rental apartments at affordable prices. We are members of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and also the Rental Housing Authority. Our mission is simple. to provide good quality, affordable housing.

We take great pride in telling you that each and every building is owner built and owner managed. Located in Waltham, Mass, just 9 miles west of Boston, we offer a wide variety of studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms and townhouse style units. We use a standard lease with a minimum of one year term. We take only a last month rent deposit. Because we are owner built and owner managed, we do not need to hire agents, and pass these savings on to you our tenants.

I lived there from early 2007 to late 2008 and had an excellent living experience til my room mate and I went our separate ways. It's perfect for someone who needs to get to North Station (commuter rail line is right there) or you can get to South Station easily with bus route that starts at the edge of the apartment grounds. The environment is always kept especially clean
