Dream Design Builders

We were horribly dissatisfied with th Dream Design. All talk and no follow through. This was no dream to be sure.

The owner of Dream Design Builders entered into an email contract with me for a renovation. He refused to honor the agreement because he chose to perform his due diligence on the project after he had agreed to a price rather than before. I provided plans and a description of the project, provided unfettered access to my house. He showed up in a suit and dress shoes to provide me with a bid.I asked if I could get him a ladder to see the roof he declined. After 3 visits to my house he turns around and says he can't honor
his price because he didn't realize that there was roofing work to be done.If you rip off an old roof I would expect that there would be some roofing work required on the project. I am an unknowledge homeowner and he is the home improvement expert. When I informed Mr. Roirdan that I was going to report this to the BBB he used profanity, questioned my religious beliefs, threatened to have me arrested for blackmail and questioned my character.

Dream Design Builders built our custom house and did a fabulous job! We enjoyed our experience with them and actually had fun. Everyone from the owner to the design team, the superintendent and finish workers were professional and courteous. Everything they said they would do they did and even completed the job ahead of schedule. We would highly recommend them to anyone interested in building a new home or remodeling an existing one.
