I would give Douglas O stars if it were an option! The state of Illinois has repeatedly fined this facility! February 2011 they were fined at least twice for horrific, unthinkable violations! DO NOT use this facility if you care!!!!! If you have a family member here GET THEM OUT before it is too late!!!!!!!!!!!!!
