Get a signed contract from this guy! We had a verbal agreement of $5,000.00, he is not a man of his word. Did not call us to aprove additional overrun. Never called once. We called to get final amount with tax. and he told us we owed, $10,135.10. That is more than double. Husband almost fell over. We offered to pay the agreed amount owed him. $5000.00 He refused to accept our payment.
Keep in ln mind that we had a verbal contrct of $5,000.00,
Mr. Rice did not call us to get our apoproval for addition overrun.
He is trying to charge us $10,135.10 (over double).
