DON'T BUY A DOGWOOD HOME
Honestly this should be 0 stars because Dogwood Home are so cheaply built. My house was built in 2004 and we have already have to replace the pilot for the furnace, the water heater, and had to get our air conditioner replaced. This owner of this company builds these house so cheap.
