Dogway Grooming

I have brought my two dogs to Dogway for a long time they always are accommodating and treat them like family. Thanks Dogway Grooming!

I have been going to Dog Way for years and am always treated like family. Stephanie is accommodating and always greets us with a warm welcome. The prices are reasonable regardless if I'm in need of a full groom or just a quick nail clipping.

Terrible experience. I brought my West Highland Terrier there for her Christmas holiday groom. When I got home and got a close look at my dog, I realized the groomer had nicked the skin around her eye with her scizzors. (or electric razor, don't know which) I took my dog back there to show the girl (I think her name is Cheryl or Sherry) but only the owner, Stephanie, was there. She made excuses for why it happened. ("dog probably jerked and caused the accident") Stephanie simply stuck up for her coworker and said she would mention it to her when she saw her next. No apology or any compensatory gestures whatsoever. My dog now has a beautiful pink wart next to her right eye for Christmas and she will be going to see the vet after the holidays because she is scratching it and it is getting bigger. If you care about your pets, don't bring them here! Thanks for disfiguring my dog, Dogway Grooming....
