Depot Tire & Auto Service Center, Inc.

Took my 2001 Oldsmobile Alero GL1 4dr in for service and repair work after getting an estimate from Douglas Automotive. I did not trust what they told me need to be done so I decided to get a second opinion. A friend refered me to Depot Tire And Auto Service. After conducting a BBB report on them I decided to give them a call. Talked with Joanne over the phone before going in and explained details about my situation. I had another multi point inspection done and was told it would be around $37. After it was completed I asked how much do I owe you? Their response was no charge. I was shocked and very pleased to hear this! They infomed me of a few things I did not need that first repair shop tried to get me to do. They saved me $1,000 in labor and parts. I was told why I need the work done to my car before it was performed. They care about their customers and are very honest! They will explain to you the work that needs to be performed and all parts and labor is warranted guranteed for 12 months / 12,000 miles. Their labor rates are very reasonable and they know what they are doing. Their customer service is also very friendly and they are a very busy business so scheduling can sometimes be difficult, however they seem to be able to fit me in. They printed out a maintnance schedule for me as well so I can take care of the car properly because I have no idea how to do so and when to change things. Heard a whistling sound as I drove back home, called them and was told to come back to the shop. Turns out after having front rotors replaced one of the parts in the brakes was just out of alignment. They fixed it very quickly at no charge and the sound is gone. Awesome! They tried fixing my alignment problem due to bad tires but were not able to. All i need to do now is just buy 4 new tires. Awesome customer service and this shop won't try to push expense not needed on you! Will update review on my next service.
