Incompetency
We planned to move to our new home in Desert Hills 10-29, prior to that date my husband called and ordered Direct TV for HD TV. A tech came 11-3 as scheduled but was given the wrong info as to our equipment needs and he called his office to reschedule another tech with the correct equipment. We received computer confirmation that the tech would be here 11-10 between 12 PM and 4 PM, he was a no call no show. I called daily to customer service and received excuses, "tech was only 15 minutes away" or they would have tech call within 20 min...none of which happened, 11-14 finally got someone who stated a tech would be out 11-23! A recording you get when you call the customer service line states we owe $2.79! None of the customer service reps can explain that charge! If I had another choice I would not have used Direct TV.
