rip off bad customer service
for those who are looking to get directv,Be sure to get it straight through the dealer and not some other 3rd party vendor. Like direct sat tv, they jack up the price they use private contractors who well try and charge you set up fees. If you cancel before your even hook up. Be sure when you send there equipment back that you keep your tracking number. They will deny that they ever receive there equipment back. So for those who want directv i highly recommend you order straight through direct and not direct sat tv
