Direct Home Security

2 salesman was in my neighborhood, tonight at 6PM. The one at my door was MW about 6' slender, drk hair. He rang my door and started walking away. I opened the door and saw he was a salesman. I said I was not interested, he said you dont even know what I am here for. I said yes, security and I am not interested. He became obnoxious and words were exchanged. He refused to id the company he represented. I feel your salesperson is very unprofessional. When I advised him that, he stated nothing would happen to him anyway. I am writing to this not only to complain but hope that your salepeople become more professional even when turned down.

My wife and I have had DHS for some time now have been happy with it until today. 1. installer didn't know what he was doing, as he was leaving our phones didn't work, after 12 hrs of him working the house phones they worked. 2. ever since then our phones work when ever. ever time the phone co. would come out the phones would work. 3. I know have system failure and can't find a working phone number for DHS. The only thing I can do at this time is to stop payment and see if DHS contacts us. I bet they will it has been paid this month. I will not recommend DHS to anyone. They must be a fly by night Co.
