Had multiple problems with an old HP Laptop.Brought it in on a Saturday afternoon and it was fixed within an hour and they even went through and showed everything that was wrong.Also had a dvd-r installed on my desk top pc all for a very low price.Great customer service,these guys are pros.

Of course, your always hestitant. I went. And I was blown away on how helpful they were. They also wanted to know what type of things do you do on your computer. Like, playing games, download music, download photos, etc. And they helped me with a lot of ideas & solutions.
It turns out that after 12years, my hard drive got fried. They helped repaired my computer and upgraded it. It was still cheaper than buy a new computer. I AM SOOOOOO HHHHAAAAPPPPPPPYYYYYYYYYYYY. It was tought not having internet access for 4 days before I went. Got computer fixed same day
