DONE RIGHT MOVES

Good, HOWEVER...Ed was great during the set-up process (helpful, diligent) but when it came to packing day he didn't pack the truck to maximize space (we ended up repacking it ourselves) and he flew off the handle and yelled at me. He felt the job was more than he quoted for, so he tried to shake me down for another $100 to complete the job or he would "pack the items on the packing list I gave him and LEAVE!" (even though he quoted me BEFORE the packing list was provided). Not the professional service I thought I paid for....Three of us ended up spending an additional 4 hours packing after Ed left the job!
