Cadillac of Whittier

I have a older Cadillac and Cadillac of Whittier took care of me, amazing oil change deal and the service advisor told to keep an eye on a couple of things that I would want to take care of down the road! No pressure, quick and pickedme up and gave me a ride home.

Service department is terribly incompetent. After purchasing my vehicle with a 2 year warranty, I had trouble starting the car. Every time I took it in, they kept the car for days or even weeks at a time saying they cannot find the problem, fixing things that did not need to be serviced. After the warranty ran out and the problem continued, I took my car to a local mechanic who fixed the problem in 10 minutes for free. The entire time it was simply a stripped bolt that the dealership could not seem to figure out. This is 1 of the many problem they simply could not fix. Incredibly rude service, and rude manager. Just made excuses for incompetence and never fixed a single problem after at least 8 service visits! What a nightmare this has been. I would avoid this dealership like a plague. Wish I could give it zero stars.
