I know of someone (5 1/2) who had his tooth pulled by paternal grandparent with pliers. Also, bruising and neglect from this person. He 9paternal gran parent) is addicted to prescription pain killers and caring for the 5 1/2 year old.
Child has seen a dentist and was told the 2 teeth would come out naturally, if not the child was to return for extraction.
Just wondered if it was child abuse. TY.

Outside observer is puzzled. A judge makes rulings and then does not followup on those same rulings with accountability (as in attending to/addressing contempt charges). In addition, a judge refuses to see/use offered evidence (the available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid) in order to make rulings. A judge calls defendants names and threatens beyond what is on the current docket. Furthermore, a judge allows a self-representing person to fillabuster the court's time for over an hour and a half and then refuses to hold that person accountable for any portion of the expenses incurred. Even more puzzling, a judge orders a person not to use self-bought laundry detergent to wash own laundry.
