Broadway Towing

I have never in my life after working as a mechanic for many years, and having the need for road side assistance see a tow truck driver leave a 19 year old boy stranded on the road after being called for an emergency tow!

My son was was driving his car and the wheel fell off the vehicle after the tire was replaced by good year of Freeport. Good Year contacted these idiots from broadway tow of Freeport. Good year makes payment arrangements with broadway tow to take care of their mess, when driver arrives to tow the vehicle he insisted that my son pay him another $100 cash, otherwise he wasn't going to tow the car. My son did not have cash on him, and this loser driver takes off!
Keep in mind this was after they were called by good year of Freeport to tow the vehicle.

All i can tell you is if your ever get stuck, don't call these idiots, unless you want to waste your time and get black mailed by their driver for cash. Horrible and absolutely the most un-ethical tow company out there!

I told the owner to take it away he not listen to me now the village send me a letter if I don't remove the car in 5 days they will give me a fine ....what I can do?
