Big State Water Works

I went through the automated car wash and some of the equipment dropped on the back of my car while doing a pass, and scratched and dented it. Email posted at site does not work. Person on duty tells me they are not responsible for any damage. I gave one star because it wouldn't let me give 0 or a negative!!

Not satisfied with equipment in the auto wash section, again.
Drove into wash after depositing six bucks and the wash did not work.
I am giving one star because the man on duty gave me a refund.
I went into the other hands on section and washed my van.
There should have been a barricade to prevent attempts to use the wash.
If someone hadn't been there I would have lost money. The posted email address on the sign doesn't work either.
Not please with the system.
