Berryfields Farm

My wife and I stayed at Berryfields for a week in late December, '08. We needed housing for half a dozen people who came up to help us roof a log cabin we are building.

The place is fully modern, comfortable, spacious, and well outfitted. You can use the full kitchen or eat in the restaurant on site. In that the nearest real towns are 10 to 20 miles away, one probably will want to do one or the other. The owners are very, very friendly and helpful, and we and the whole crew enjoyed the place tremendously. No photos are shown anywhere as far as I can tell, but Berryfields sit at the top of the highest ridge around, and the view to the east goes on forever. Just beautiful. I'd recommend the place in all ways to anyone. Just one thing - the roosters have timekeeping issues, and sometimes crow at 2 a.m.
