Bellamy Management

Pleeeaaassee! I beg you to NOT waste your time or money renting from these slumlords pretend to be Christians!! The lady in particular has the nastiest attitude Brenda Bellamy is her name! They do not fix anything that goes on in the apartment they are very unreliable!! They've had the same carpet in these apartments since the apartments were established in 1960!!!!! They only manage to get the carpet cleaned!! I've complained numerous of times to these slumlords that it's rats or some type rodent in the roof that I hear all types of scratching, feet racing above my head at all hours of the day!! Very distracting for someone who works hard and wanna come home to peace and quiet without having rodents on the roof running back and forth causing a ruckus!! THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED IN MY LIFE AND THE ABSOLUTE WORSE LANDLORDS I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE BRENDA BELLAMY IS THE NASTIEST UNPROFESSIONAL SO-CALLED CHRISTIAN I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!! They Charge $575 a month to live in a run down apartment that should only be $300 a month!! Please DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY RENTING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
