Bell Car Service

Wow this has to be the worst car service in Brooklyn. There are soo many other car services in the Sunset Area so definitely pick any other one! The dispatcher has a NASTY attitude! I dont know how they still have business! My boyfriend lives in Sunset and he always calls here when he is too tired to drive me home, and I hate their service. They rob him with overcharging with their high prices. When Mexicana and other good car services charge sooo much lesser when they drop me off from my neighborhood to him area in Sunset. Once in a while you will get a nice driver who is pleasant and knows English. They come pretty quick to pick you up, BUT they take FOREVER and the longest routes in driving you to your destination! AVOID BELL! THEY ROB WITH THEIR PRICES!

I use them often-at least twice a week. Their drivers do not speak good english but are usually not rude. They are on time 8 out of 10 times, but if they are late they will be 45 minutes late or even more and expect you to pay full price. On the flip side, If you are even 5 minutes late they will charge you an extra 9$. They are also very expensive for a car service and their prices for a 12 minute drive from lower manhatten to brooklyn costs me 41$ every time i go! For the expense of these guys they should at least be more reliable and on time EVERY time. I dont think I'm going to be using them again, but unfortunately other car services have a lot of drawbacks as well:(
