During Christmas vacation i was in Las Vegas visiting family. I had purchased a bag of Premium Yaki hair 14 inches, it cost me $70. This hair was horrible it kinked up and i constantly had to brush it, and the shedding was ridiculous and looks like its months old, it was probablly just a bag of bad hair. I contacted the store manager Jimbo and he was no help. He just pushed me off to the vendor. I wouldn't recommend purchasing products at the store because if you have a problem with quality they will not help you.
