Customer service is non-existent. Owner and staff are abusive/disrespectful to customers. Owner yells in the face of customers and staff follows suit. October and November of 2011: Incident 1: Owner yelled at me for touching the hair I was going to buy. Incident 2: owner screamed in my face because I stood too close to the counter. Staff told me I should apologize for not moving away from the counter fast enough. Incident 3: Owner told me I could not look at the hair from the spot I was in in the back of the store; told me that I had to leave the store and to get out screaming and embarrassing me in front of other customers. She has been abusive on numerous occasions without reason. She compulsively yells and screams at customers irrationally. She seems to be psychotic. Needless to say, 3 strikes, I'm done. And this business should be done too! Do not patronize this store!
