I put my trust in this company for my sons communion. I expressed that I wanted this party to be like a wedding. I had it at the bridgewAter manor. I said I donot want my party to be a kids birthday. They assured me it would be great I said my party was formal. I wanted to cry when I arrived at the place. The djs attire to the set up was not at all right. They made my formal party informal. It was everything I did not want He didn't even announce the dinner. He was playing with kid games at the main course no one ate I was running around telling people the dinner was out. I don't know how I kept a good face I wanted to cry. My only sons communion was ruined. My guest sat for 4 hrs bored to death there was no interaction with the adults These milestones are all you plan for and to have it ruined is horrible. The dj is 1 of the most important part to keep people entertained and it was so upsetting they made my formal party informal. Like a backyard birthday party. I stressed so hard on the phone how I wanted it to be. They did nothing I asked. Still can't forget. My heart actually hurts with sadness that I waited for this and it was ruined. Guest also did not like entertainment and wanted to know where I got it so they would never call. I wish they just said they had no dj s so I could of called another company. Nothing I can do now. Very upsetting I spent so much time from the candy buffet to the favors. Never again. Unfortunately my son won't have another moment like this until he gets married.
