Keeping your end of the deal
I received an estimate from Bean and Mallow to replace some siding, and decided to go with them, Called and scheduled the appointment and was told that I needed to write a check for half the amount, for a Deposit. They cashed my check but a week later I had to call them and remind them of the work that still needed to be done, They assured me that they would be at my house the next morning by 830. The next day passed and they still did'nt show, or call. VERY DIS-APOINTED, at the un-professionalism that Bean and Mallow has shown. Will not recommend, even after they do finally get around to doing the work.

Good job!
Bean & Mallow did such a good job on our gutters, rain spouts, and soffit, that we've hired them to also put up new window shutters. Great workers and responsive office staff.
