Bay Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery-Largo

Does it seem as if customer service has just gone out the window? Cell phone companies, restaurants, department stores, cable companies, docotors you name it. Each and every time I spend money, I run into #1) People who aren't getting paid enough money to care, so why should they help you or #2) Companies who's corporate policy is screw you over, but help them. I am fed up with what has become acceptable and the norm in our society.


Each time I have visited this office, it was a long wait and the staff was not very helpful.

Just now I came back from an appointmentthat I ended up cancelling, because after 45 mnutes I still hadn't seen a doctor and i was on my lunch break. Their answer was to reschedule me. Why would do that, when I would just into the same problem on my next visit?

Not to mention when I've seen the doctors they've rushed me in and out. They didn't take the time to listen and properly assess my health issue I will just find another doctor.
