Barrett Apartments

This is a horible place! If you don't believe me come take a look. Cigarettes in bushes along with beer cans all over the place. Boards and broken glass by the garbage dumpster , People have seen racoons and rats out there. Foul language language used in parking lot. These peopl e have not been thrown out. I heve witneesed people being cussed by staff. This is a terrible place and I would advise you not to move here. Buildings are nasty and have not been washed in the 5 years since the owners took over breezeway have not been cleaned , they are filthy. You can not even wash them yourself flys from garbage make their way to brezeways . These owners just do not care. Police are called out frequently.This place has deterioted to amess. You would be better off moving somewhere else.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This is the worst rental place in Mobile, the management is the worst, the apartments are falling a part and you don't get anything fixed. Really, Run for your life, you would do better off in the back of a car. The lazy manager won't get off her but to do anything!!! If you move in you will find out. Do at your own risk
