B & L Refrigeration Service

Long story short, we are now on our 4th fridge in 14 months. Problems have ranged from mold and maggots on the coils upon delivery, faulty thermostats and bad compressors. The worst of it all is the customer service. Showing up 3-4 hrs late if they show up at all. One time they promised to be there in a couple hours and it was 5 days later before they showed up after multiple calls and complaints to the office.
I have lost hundreds of dollars in food spoilage due to the machines defrosting 3 times on me. Lets not even get me started on the inconvenience of canceling appointments to meet repair/delivery men that never show.
Avoid this business like the plauge. Their quality of product is horrible and the customer service is even worse.
