Use Anyone Else!
After ordering custom awnings from Peterson's, we decided to use their "Seasonal Storage & Cleaning" service in 2013-2014. We paid in full up front and now cannot get our awnings returned and re-installed. We cannot even get them to return a phone call...It is now 7/22/14, and still no response from Peterson's Awnings. Just checked the BBB, and found this company has a "D-" RATING. I'm going to add our complaint to the BBB (which is the same as all the others on there)...stay clear of this business.
