Do not want to get into the story here, but his man is a scam artist, he is sem-retired and will do whatever to get a buck, there have been many bad reviews regarding him. WE did NOT use him, but some people who were selling a house did, (knowing, as a friend he would say whatever they wanted) He was paid to review and comment on an appraisers comment on specific work that needed to be done. He admited to saying what he was paid to, that he could do that with no reprecussions on him. One, he admitted to it, two if he says now he didnt, well then obviously work-wise he hasnt a clue what he is doing. Their turned out to be thousands of dollars worth of damage. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST AND A SUCKY HUMAN BEING< BEWARE>
