Bob City

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT rent property from this man. He is unscrupulous.
Rented a unit with Bobcity Properties last year. During my stay there I actually had few problems. But when it was time for me to move out- Bob Rosenberg- the landlord/manager was completely unavailable and unresponsive. I left the unit in great condition and have been waiting to hear back about my security deposit being returned for over 6 weeks now. No word from Bob. I have tried to contact him on his cell phone and email and recently by snail mail. He refuses to answer my calls or return my texts or messages. I am now forced to take him to small claims court. A Chicago lawyer I talked to said he knows Bob to be "dirty". Would give negative stars if I could.
