Landman with more than 25 years experience in Land Management, Services, Right-of-way Services, (Oil&Gas Leases, Eminent Domain Cases, Farmout Agreements, Assignments, Joint Operating Agreements, Permits, Corporation Commission Testimony, Courthouse Title Examinations).

Primary duties include land department support, landowner relations, courthouse research (title examinations), troubleshooting difficult title problems, and testifying at Corporation Commission hearings (pooling, spacing, and location exceptions).  Verify working interests and net revenue interests, and prepare the required assignment forms for the transfer of fee simple, federal, state, and Native American leases.  Expertise focused on acquisition and divestiture of producing and non-producing oil and gas properties, pipeline systems, and undeveloped real estate properties.  Occasionally help to automate systems in a due diligence environment.  As manager of land professionals: supervise field activities, oil & gas leasing, negotiations, and damage settlements for exploration, production, and pipeline operations.  In-house experience includes managing land records, communicating with internal departments, setting priorities, timelines, and progress reports for strategic planning and managing projects. 

* Additional experience includes prospect scans, oil & gas exploration strategies, development and operations counsel to companies seeking expert Landman experience.

* Frequently supply workforce to perform miscellaneous Land Agent duties across the Mid-Continent Region.  

* One of the most valuable skills acquired from years of experience is the ability to conduct negotiations without alienating participating parties.
