The Bluff street facility is the absolute worst center I have ever had the displeasure of sending my kids to. They constantly change staff. There is absolutely NO consistency in anything they do. Completely driven by money. They do not care about the needs of the children at all what so ever. The owner Kathie Barlow is the most unprofessional woman on the planet and will call you to pick up your child for the most minor things. I would avoid at all costs!!!
