NOW I KNOW WHY THEY ARE THE MASTERS !!!!!
MY WIFE & I WERE SEARCHING FOR AN IN-GROUND POOL. WE DROVE UP AND DOWN ROUTE 110 BECAUSE THAT'S WHERE ALL THOSE PLACES ARE LOCATED. WE WENT INTO 4 OTHER STORES AND THEY EITHER HAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THEY WERE COMPLETE DUMPS INSIDE. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT BACKYARD MASTERS WE HAD EXPECTED THE SAME AS THE REST. WOW !! WAS I WRONG. I WALKED IN THE STORE AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EYES. THERE WAS FLOWING WATER IN THE POOLS & SPAS FILLED IN THIS MASSIVE SHOWROOM. WHEN WE SPOKE WITH OUR SALESMAN HE TOOK US ON A TOUR THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE STORE TO LET US GET A FEEL FOR ALL THAT THEY HAD TO OFFER. IF ANYONE EVER GOES INTO BACKYARD MASTERS YOU WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M SAYING.
P.S. THEY BEAT ALL THEIR COMPETITORS PRICES & TREATED US LIKE FAMILY.

I am always impressed when entering the Backyard Masters store in Farmingdale. It's not too often you find a neat and well organized pool store with knowledgeable employees to answer questions.

WOW, WAS THE FIRST THING THAT CAME TO MY MIND WHEN I WALKED INTO THE FARMINGDALE STORE LAST WEEK. THIS STORE MADE ME WANT TO DIVE INTO ONE OF THE MANY IN-GROUND POOLS THEY HAVE ON DISPLAY . I WAS GREETED WITHIN SECONDS BY THE OWNER DEAN WHO TREATED MY HUSBAND & I WITH SUCH RESPECT AND HE PERSONALLY TOOK ME ON A TOUR OF THE ENTIRE STORE WHICH WAS THE SIZE OF A WARE HOUSE. I HAVE BEEN TO MANY POOL & SPA STORES BEFORE & I WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT TO BACKYARD MASTERS POOL & SPA.
I HAD NO CLUE THEY HAD SO MUCH PATIO FURNITURE & WEBER BARBECUES AS WELL.
BACKYARD MASTERS POOL & SPA LONG ISLAND HAS THEIR ACT TOGETHER.
