the management "Gary" is under investigation for fraud. he pockets your deposit money and then will say nothing but negative things to say "lies" to the next land lord that you try to move to so you have even harder time trying to move to another place. has no respect towards women and is completely rude to anyone who isn't white. I live there for 2 years and treated the place like home there were problems with the plumbing and carpet. the aptment over caught on fire all he did was patch up what he could and didn't replace or rebuild behind the wall wood beams. water damage to the ceiling to he never fixed. very disgusting place to live. ...read more

If i could I would have given this company zero stars, because they do not know how to run a business, I agree with everyone on Paul Cavanagh being one of the most insulting, uncivil; discourteous; impolite man I have ever met in my entire life. If you rent a home from these people please make sure you take pictures and video tape every single nook and cranny in the home before you move in, because they will charge you for pre-exsisting damage. Do not believe any thing they say unless it is wriitten in stone, they will deny everything. Horrible business. ...read more

Horrible management company. The office staff is rude and incompetent, and the so called office manager (Gary) is just a little worse than that They never return your calls and don't handle repairs. They keep all your deposit and even charge you some more for cleaning and repairs that they don't do because their places are dumps. Find another management company, it will save you lots of troubles. ...read more

The Smartest Advice In Buying Real Estate

Purchasing real estate is both thrilling and thrilling. If you do not have the right advice and information, you could make mistakes that have long-term consequences. Avoid mistakes by learning these tips below. A lot of Realtors have ready made checklists of purchasing a home. The checklist can help ensure that everything is taken care of when buying a home. You should ask them specific questions such as how many homes they sell and whether they are homes that are located in the area you are interested in buying.A good agent will be happy to answer all questions for you. Sex offenders must be registered, but there is no guarantee that the seller nor their agent is going to feel an obligation to tell a potential home buyer of any offenders in the area. Try to buy houses that have fireplaces only in locations other than the main living room.It is a pain to keep up with cleaning multiple unnecessary fireplaces and they are rarely used anyway. Most foreclosed homes may have been sitting vacant for some time before going up for sale, because they have not been maintained for a very long time. Many foreclosed homes that are on the market will need to have new HVAC systems put in, and can have pests that need to be taken care of. Once you have made the decision to start home shopping, you must locate a real estate agent who is qualified. You will want to find one that you can trust. An experienced agent that has a proven track record will lead you appropriate homes. http://www.expresshomebuyers.com/questions-to-ask-companies-that-buy-houses/ Always do your homework before buying a property. If you do not research the property you are interested in purchasing, you will make a bad choice and end up with a property that will actually result in money losses. Therefore, before purchasing any property, it is important to investigate the neighborhood, the crime rate in the area, the property's age, and any other relevant details. When picking an agent for your home search, question them on the amount of time they've been in the area. If they have lived in the area for only a short period of time, they probably do not know about the roads, neighborhoods, or neighborhoods. Get a warranty for your home guarantee by way of a warranty. When you are buying a new home from the person who built it, or an established home from an owner, you should always request a warranty. The builder should be willing to back up his or her work for a minimum amount of time. When you decide to invest in real estate, you will want to be sure of your goals. Determine whether you want to achieve short or long term. Don't invest in any property that don't meet your pre-determined criteria.A lot of owners make compromises and end up making poor investments. These tips may help you make better decisions. Use this advice to ensure that you are getting the property that is right for you. With sufficient knowledge, you will be better prepared to make a wise purchase of property. ...read more

Home Security

Every 10 seconds or so, a burglar breaks into someone’s home or apartment. Statistics show it takes the average burglar as little as five minute to get in and out. Here are some ways to make your home less appealing to burglars. KEEP YOUR GARAGE DOOR LOCKED.That is where many burglars get into your home. Often, we worry about locking all the other exterior doors, and burglars know that. So they head to the garage first. KNOW THE SURPRISING TIME.Most home burglaries occur between 3 and 6 p.m. These burglars are usually older teenagers who strike after school, so make sure you lock your doors and windows during the day too. AVOID THE SAFETY PRECAUTION THAT CAN INVITE BURGLARS.Large bushes and trees in front of your windows are an open invitation. You may think that you are making it harder for burglars to get into your house, but it just gives them privacy from neighbors while they break in. Instead, plant thorny, short, or slim bushes like cactus or pyracantha. KNOW THE BIGGEST MISTAKE PEOPLE MAKE.Lock your door when you go to a neighbor’s house. Heading down the street for five minutes gives burglars all the time they need. INSTALL LIGHTS WITH MOTION SENSORS.These lights usually cost under $50 and can reduce your risk of burglary by more than half. Burglars don't want a spotlight, so the minute that light comes on, they’ll change their mind and go somewhere else. KNOW WHERE NOT TO KEEP YOUR VALUABLES.Burglars often hit just two rooms: the master bedroom for jewelry boxes and valuables, and the living room for the big stuff. Consider stashing valuables in the linen closet or family room desk. Most thieves won’t make time to look there. ...read more
