I called on Nov.18th. and spoke to what sounded like a young female. I asked what the criteria for the clothing was. She said everything had to be clean and on hangers and seasonal. I washed and ironed 44 shirts and took 15 items to the cleaners. Upon arriving yesterday, after driving 26 miles,with 4 trips of shirts, slackes and suits I was told , after they ripped the plastic off of most of the items they said that they couldn't accept any of the items except two pieces. The people working in the store were 20 somethings and the young man was very....well...ecleclitc. This is a store for the Scottsdale crowd not L.A. jet set. The young man especially was rude and condecending. I took my two pieces that he deemed to keep and drove the 26 miles home. Needless to say I won't be doing business with this company again. Unless you are consigning straight leged very tight pants and designer wild shirts sell your stuff on Craigs list or ebay. The store is tiny and not well lighted. ...read more
