How these people are still in business is ridiculous and someone needs to do something about it. I am a female college student and I have never been so disrespected by anybody in my life. I parked in the Wal-Mart parking lot and I parked on the side, and I got out of my car to meet my friend at the bus stop and grab a burger before going into Wal-Mart together and I was gone for not even 45 minutes and when I go to go to Wal-Mart, I see that my car is missing! I know there is no reason it should of been towed so I thought that it was stolen, so I frantically go into Wal-Mart to find answers. Wal-Mart says that Katts Towing owns the lot and FINALLY after my fourth time of trying to call them, Katts Towing answers my phone call and say they have my car. I go to the towing place and the over 6 foot 300 pound native american guy is the rudest man ever. I ask if Wal-Mart called and I was wondering if that was why I was towed. They said that Wal-Mart called them and that is the ONLY way they could tow. Turns out, they just go around the lot and look for cars to tow, they do not get called. Which is against the law. I get in contact with Wal-Mart, and they understand that a mistake has been made, they contact the towing company and compromise a reimbursement for my towing expense. When I go to get it, the same man begins to mock me and yell at me saying to get these thoughts out of my blonde little head along with many other horrifying things that had me crying when I left in anger and frustration that a company could act this way and still be in business! They target girls and thank god I had my boyfriend with me or else I don't know what could of happened. When this man wouldn't give me my money like he was suppose to, I told them I was not comfortable even going back and they had to credit my card another way. After fighting with the manager, they finally agreed and gave me the credit. Wal-Mart was very smart and fired them as their towing company because what they do is not right nor lawful. Absolutely feckless. I will waste no more of my life describing my frustrations with this unprofessional, confrontational, and shoddy business. Do heed this warning, however, NEVER use this companies services. If towed, do not speak to them. Simply pay your fine and leave. Do not use this place, it is the worst business I have ever been to, it is a long shot calling them a business. Reading their summary tells nothing about the people that are truly working there. A man named "Chris" working there would be better served if he never came to work. I just have to say I read the reveiw about the tire and if you ever changed a tire on a highway you'd know how dangerous it could be. On top of that having someone hover over you asking questions is nuts. Katts' Towing has provided service to me 3 times already and they're fast and professional. Don't ever question the driver about how to get somewhere in town, he'll drive away in a huff. And the people you send out to change a tire needs to know how to access tires that are undermounted in the rear. You don't use the tire iron to pop open a small access door that covers the key lock for the crank. He nicked the paint on the bumper trying that.
