I had an order shipped with them with "100-percent service guarantee on standard transit times." with no stipulations listed on it. Scheduled delivery was on Dec 22nd. I called on the night of Dec 21st to confirm and was told it would be delivered mid afternoon on the 22nd. When I called to check I was told there was a 1 day weather delay and would be delivered on the next business day on the 26th...four days later. I reluctantly agreed questioning why they couldn't tell me this on the night of the 21st, before I had wasted $350 taking a day off but the only response was an assurance that the shipment would arrive on the 26th...it didn't and once again I was assured it would arrive the next business day. Not to my surprise it didn't arrive on the 27th either.
