I would give them negative stars. They don't really do a background check even though they charge you for one the landlords are very dishonest I'm very dirty people if you tell him something wrong they won't fix it they try sell crappy trailers that should go to the dump and try to retaliate towards u if u have a problem with the way things were done. I had was getting my mail and had my daughter and dog when one of their dogs ran up on me I called animal control on then and they kicked me out illegally.
