  5. Look at the results you have been getting and make needed adjustments. You might look at pricing and promotion halfway through a project, as well as after the project ends. Look and see where you could have made things better.

  6. You want to always be aware of the competition around you. You want to see what their marketing rates are, and what their success rates are in comparison to yours. Shift your market rates as needed.
