Arbeau Piano

There are serveral situations where people have used their kitchen for placement of their pianos. Heinrich Steinweg (Steinway) built his first piano in the kitchen! The important question is how much cooking(heat) and vapors (steam & grease) are normally generated in your kitchen for this is very poor conditions for a piano. Some people eat out and only do microwave things at home. In that case "No problem". If, on the other hand you do actually cook, (a rare thing these days) I might not think this is the place for the piano.
