I visited Auto Zone in Russellville on July 11th because I believed my car to have a weak battery. I was told the battery could not be tested with the motor running. I informed the represenative that my vehicle probably would not restart once turned off. He said ok. After testing the battery, it was determined that it was weak. As anticipated, my car would not restart. I asked the represenative to check and see if the battery was still under warranty. He did and I personally saw my name apear, however he said that it didn't. Now I know I have bought several batteries from Auto Zone. I didn't argue and asked if he would jump start my car because at this point I had determined that I no longer wanted to do business with Auto Zone. He said that they didn't and wouldn't do it. I finally got someone to help (not from Auto Zone) and I left and purchased a battery from a different store. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH AUTO ZONE! Have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my 20 yrs in Rsvl. ...read more

I Purchased a Yanmar 4x4 Tractor w/ Front End Loader. Had a problem with the front Drive spindle Called Allen and he replaced and repaired it No Charge. So I thought of this business to be a sound one. Year and half later was having problems with my fuel pump and Left wheel seal. So I sent it in for repair. The verbal quote was no more than a $1,000. Instead of fixing the problems as instructed he tore down my engine and drive shaft. Then called and said it would be between 1500 and 2000 for him to repair. I instructed him to stop at this point and to put it back together as it was when it came to him, 100% complete. Instead he said he would have to charge 500 dollars just to do that . So I went and picked up my tractor it was in a 1000 pieces the drive shaft is still hanging out of it. He put a refurbished starter on it that was it total bill was 367.27. Didn't mess with my fuel pump or the left wheel seal. He was only out to get in my back pocket. Look at what I'm stuck with now. ...read more
