I bought 4 used tires from them about 2 months ago. They were $40 a piece and they offered to balance them as well. This weekend I took my car into my Toyota dealership to fix what I thought was an alignment issue because my car would shake so much when I drive it and it started not more than a week after I got the tires. I figured that maybe they didn't balance them right but it wasn't a big deal until the shaking got worse. The dealership told me that it "wouldn't make sense to get an alignment but what I really needed was new tires. Your tires are separating and you could have an accident at any time" which is odd considering I just bought a set that should have lasted me more than 2 months. I also asked tire town to look at all my tires and whichever one was in the best condition to put it on my spare tire so I can have it just in case. So then I asked my dealership if they could replace the worst tire with my spare which they said was no problem and then about 15 minutes later they come in and say "we couldn't put your spare on because there is a nail in it". I have been having problems with my tire this week and they have been helping me each time. I first got a flat from a nail they repaired it for a descent price, I then got a flat 2 days later from a puncture hole they put a used one on it free of charge. This morning I had another flat and the gentleman told my father that as long as I came back to get my new tires there (which I will be) that he would put a NEW one on it to see what was going on. My husband took our car to them this morning because our tire has some wire showing. It was 38.00 dollars for a used tire, but that is not the worst part the tire now has about a centimeter of tread. The tire with wires showing looked safer. I called them Tammy answered the phone. The managers wife, she says Im sure that is the only tire they had. Well they should of told me they didnt have one then. He went back and had to wait 45 minutes to hear to bad. Now I hope this crappy tire gets me to a new tire place.
