Sonic is my favorite fast food restaurant, I love their burgers and drinks but this location should not be allowed to operate under the Sonic franchise name. This is close to my work place so it was a favorite for lunch when it first opened but it has since gone down hill fast. If you get what you ordered in the first place it's a miracle! The food is bad, it tastes like the grill has never been cleaned and the fries and tots taste even worse, they have a dark color and bad taste, it is obvious they were cooked in old dirty oil. I had quit going there because of this but decided to give it another try this week and nothing has changed. A coworker once called to complain about our wrong order and substandard food and the manager said he was short handed and there was nothing he could do about it. He didn't even say "sorry"!
