Mr. Beard was recommended to me. We met and agreed on a contract. Getting into the work I learned he does not paint. He will tell you he talked to claim rep when he hasn't. He will use the money on his choices. He lies a lot and does not do all the work recommended in the insurance estimates. I have a lot of photos and a lot of examples of sloppy work.
