These guys did a repair, forgot to put a part back on, then when I brought it in to fix something else, they replaced the part they left off before and charged me over $400 for that... refused to admit it was their fault, wanted another several hundred for the correct repair and were rude. The owner was rude on the phone and when I asked him if he always spoke to his customers this way or just women he said "Yes, I do speak to all women this way, as a matter of fact" as if he were proud of it.
