I rented an truck & storage unit for my daughter serving in the Air Force. Was told a price and OFFERED a free month storage unit for using both services. When my daughter arrive at the storage facility the price was $60 MORE per month and Free month was not available. I called U Haul a few times and when I finally spoke with Patricia she cannot make any changes or credits and after apoligizing for the miss information giving to me started to switch the blame to my daughter, stating that she was that one that help her; My daughter was not involved at all in this process, I made all the reservations, paid the charges, etc. Not only the use "Bait & Switch" style but she told me that a military discount was not apply but she cannot change it now. Not help at all. Very sad that U Haul is taking advantage of our military service people when they get a lot of income from the military transfers in & out.
