What would you do with a plain white envelope, regular stamp, with your hand-written name and address on front? You would open it right? Most likely your audience will think it is a letter from a friend, relative, etc. What if what was inside of that envelope looked like a bill, a memo, or something important? You would definitely start reading the first sentence to see what it was all about. A formal letter will get the attention of your audience, but any advertisement will get read. What if the very first sentence was an incentive (a free offer or discounted price) on something that your target audience tends to buy or be interested in? They would be intrigued and continue reading.

This is what I do. I have a system that can generate the names and addresses of individual residents in homes in any city in the United States. I can also target the wealthier areas where you are targeting--aka people with money will more likely buy your product or service. Most people cannot generate this list. This could be in the thousands if you choose and have an effective form of advertisement.

I can also generate a list of every single business in a certain industry in a certain city. There will be no repeated entries.

I then HAND-WRITE these addresses on however many envelopes you choose to send out. I stuff those envelopes with your ad, whether it be a formal letter (which I strongly encourage), a flyer, brochure, business card, postcard, etc. I then place an ordinary stamp on the front to make sure it gets opened and read and close it.

It basically is the smartest form of advertising, from my experience.

For only $0.75 per envelope , I directly mail your advertisement to individual residents or businesses that need or can use your services in your area. I can generally get these sent out in two days; however it varies on how many envelopes you wish to send out.

Let's say you are a realtor. What people would be likely to buy houses in Sarasota? People up north. Possibly older adults up north. Furthermore, wealthy older adults up north. This would be your targeted audience. I can generate a list of residents living in wealthier older adult communities you approve, with the names, phones, and addresses.

If you want this list alone it would cost you 25cents per lead (per address) You can choose to then advertise yourself, yourself.

This is the most effective and efficient form of advertising out there, and I would hate for you to shrug this off then spend double by LESS EFFECTIVE MEANS.

So if you want 250 envelopes sent out, you would be spending $187.50. If you want 500, you would spend $375.00 and so on. Stamps alone are $0.44 and I provide the envelopes, supplies and time spent-- so as you can see-- $0.75 per envelope is a very good deal.

I require a 50% down payment before starting to hand-address these envelopes. I do this to make sure I do not waste my time hand-writing the addresses on the front all of your targeted envelopes and money spent on stamps if you do not go forward with the service. (If your total is $187.50, I require a $93.75 down payment for addressing those 250 envelopes (stamps alone would cost me $110) and would still need to provide the envelopes. The other 50% is due after all envelopes are stuffed and about to be sent off to the post office or directly delivered.

If you need copies of your flyer, I simply add the receipt of a copying center nearest to your area to your total. I do research the cheapest centers.
