As an appraiser for twenty-five years, I have seen many instances where a truly competent inspector can reveal to a potential or existing homeowner many items that can cause huge problems if not identified. It is most important that the inspector you choose has the abilities and experience to do the job correctly. I highly recommend this company.

Tom inspected a house we were looking to purchase. He pointed out areas that needed work that we had overlooked and as a result we were able to make a much better decision on the aquisition of the home. Tom was thorough and his report was very detailed and clear with pictures and descriptions of his findings.
