Zoo City Cycle and Sports

My Husband bought a very expensive bike from Zoo City. At first the bike seemed great, then he began to have problems, especially with the rims. He thought he had the problem fixed several times only to have the rim break again and again. Zoo City claimed to fix the problem, but upon further reflection we realize they simply kept offering expensive upgrades to a problem that couldn't be fixed. It they had simply told us in the first place that the bike could never preform how my husband needed it, we wouldn't have spent hundreds of dollars, and hours of time, fixing it. Bottom line: very dissapointed!
